Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location in Bogota's La Candelaria district, walking distance to all the historical sights. The rooms were cozy, with a choice of either two single beds or a large bed. Despite some issues with service, the value for money was decent considering the prime location.
The hotel is perfectly situated in Bogota's La Candelaria district, offering a historic charm but be ready for the steep hill climb. The rooms are spacious with lovely large beds, although the heater didn't work as expected. The service was a mixed bag, with some issues in fulfilling requests and questionable honesty about hotel occupancy. Dining includes vegan options but lacks variety beyond salmon. The facilities are decent overall.
Our family had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy, with bunk beds for our sons, though located on 'floors' rather than the hallway. The sheets were of nice quality but the enclosed windows were a bit of a downside. The service was disappointing as our request was not considered, and there were alleged lies about hotel occupancy. Despite these issues, the location in Bogota's La Candelaria district was charming, especially for history enthusiasts. The dining experience, although limited for vegans, did include some delicious homemade Majorcan products.
